Our Payments & Refund Policy
We make public our policy on refund and cancellation as under. A payment shall be said to have been made or received only upon the amount being credited to Yogesh Hospitality’s bank account. All payments shall be made and received in Indian Currency only.
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss. Unless you submit the claim to us within 7 days after the payment, you will have waived, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all claims against us arising out of or otherwise related to the transaction.
More than 48 hours in advance from the time of actual check in — Nil
Between 48 and 24 hours in advance from the time of actual check in — 50% of total amount
Between 0 to 24 hours in advance from the time of actual check in— 100% of total amount
If customer paid twice under any circumstances while booking, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.Any applicable refund as per our cancellation policy will be paid within 15 to 20 working days.No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the customer arrive late or does not turn up on booking.
